Log In at Dropbox.com
Sign in with the shared NDP Atlanta credentials
Go to dropbox.com and click Log in. Select Sign in with email and enter the shared account credentials below.
Everyone uploads from the same NDP Atlanta account. Use the credentials above, not your personal email.
Get Your Verification Code
Check #codes in Slack, or ask in your support channel
After logging in, Dropbox will ask for a verification code. The code gets sent to the #codes channel in Slack. Wait a few minutes and check there.
Go to your support channel and post: "@here I'm trying to log into Dropbox and need a verification code."
Once you have the code, enter it on Dropbox and click Trust this computer.
Skip the 2FA Setup
Critical - do not set up two-factor authentication
After entering the code, Dropbox will prompt you to set up 2-step verification. Click Set up later and move on.
Setting this up will lock everyone else out of the shared account. Always click "Set up later."
Confirm Access
You're in - nothing else needed
Once logged in, you'll see a list of files and folders. Setup is complete. Don't click on anything - just verify you can see files.
