Who does what on a tandem shoot
Main Photographer
Lead- Serve as primary client contact
- Complete all products assigned, for delivery to client
- Coordinate shoot flow to avoid getting in each other's way
- Notify Ops and the practicing photographer if the shoot is delayed or cancelled
Practicing Photographer
Practice- Wait for the main photographer before getting started occupied homes
- Complete as many assigned products as possible while the main photographer is shooting
- Attempt to finish all products, but stop shooting when the main photographer completes occupied homes
- Upload all media and move Jira cards appropriately
- Keep questions minimal so the shoot can finish on time
